CNU's Open Innovation Ready for Your Best Ideas for CNU 23

Do you have an idea you would like to showcase at CNU 23?

CNU 23 Open Innovation

Starting January 15, CNU is accepting applications for Open Innovation! We have reserved an entire track at this year's Congress for new ideas and new faces to keep you on the cutting edge of urbanist innovation!

The Open Innovation showcases cutting edge work of members and attendees covering a variety of topics from brand new theories of urbanism still in the formation stage to completed projects available for critique. Here's how it works:

Individuals, what's your best idea? Open Innovation lets you set the agenda. You get six minutes: make it count. With a little bit of structure, you get a great deal of freedom to set the topic (as long as it's about urbanism, of course). Individual presentations are limited to six (6) minutes, with the intent to move through a lot of ideas in a concentrated session with great energy. Submissions for Open Innovation are now open! Early submission deadline is January 30. Final submission deadline is February 15. Got a Group? Open Innovation lets you experiment! Whether it's a group Lightning Round, a team versus team debate, a workshop, a discussion, a critique, or a format we haven't though of yet, Open Innovation provides an opportunity for you to bring new ideas to the Congress in a unique way. Let us know what your group thinks is the best way to address a controversial or complex topic and we'll do our best to make it happen. Download the submission form and learn more about Open Innovation at cnu.org/innovation. Please direct questions to innovation@cnu.org. We look forward to the discussions your innovative ideas will create! Follow conversation at #cnuopen
